We had a rain collection system installed with our new construction home. The installer offered a filter "service" which was great the first year when we didn't have a clue. Finding the Gary the Water Guy YouTube channel and Water E Store let me know it was simple and considerably less expensive to do it myself. Had I not seen the tutorial video, I wouldn't know anything about the quartz sleeve needing attention and my water quality would have suffered over time. Great packaging for very delicate items coming to Texas from Canada. Highly recommended!
Great product works well
I recently purchased the HUM Water Saver 75 RO system with remineralization and a chrome faucet from the Water estore in Midland, Ontario.
Firstly, I was very impressed with the prepurchase-email contact I had with Colleen. She answered all my questions and I felt confident in her responses.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the shipment process went. Product arrived April 12 at 8:30 am, and I had it installed well before noon. Took my time and watched a couple of videos of Gary on the installation process. Installation was seamless… Flushed the system three times and was drinking water by the end of day.
Here in Alberta, TDS before installation was around 200 ppm. After installation TDS is 20 ppm, and that's with the remineralization cartridge.
I went with the Estore for a number of reasons. Firstly, as I said earlier, I was satisfied with the email contact I had with Colleen. Secondly, Gary the Water Guy has done a commendable job creating videos to help with all matters related to water and water treatment. The videos made installation a snap. Another reason is product quality. I had two Aquasana water filters previously over a ten year period. BOTH of them cracked and made a terrible mess in the kitchen. Since then I've been using a Brita filter…until now. Hopefully this product will stand the test of time.
And…I like the RO water. It tastes good to me. Can't believe how quickly it dispenses. I can fill a glass in less than five seconds!
So far I am very pleased with the product overall and I highly recommend the Water Estore!

Excellent quality, easy to install, and the water is great! I submitted the results of my water test and the awesome guys and gals at the water e store prescribed the units that I needed. They thoroughly answered all my questions and with an educational background in environmental science I'm not the typical customer. I needed a fok filter for iron and sulphur and I also installed a carbon filter and UV light. The softener is installed in the middle of this three-part sequence. After initial setup, the water had a fishy aftertaste, so I let the water run from an outside spigot for about an hour and now the water tastes great.
I purchased and installed this system myself for less than half the quoted price of my local provider, which did not include the UV light. Gary, You should consider expanding your product offerings to include spas. I'll be the first to buy what you recommend!
